The Fight for The Prayers !!!

image

I was just reading on Friday about the Beirut bombing killing hundreds of people and it made my heart sink. But it was just another bombing in the troubled country and nothing more. I was off to sleep and then Saturday morning I woke up to the horrific attacks in Paris. People all over were saying “pray for paris”, and I was just like, “What about Beirut?” which is ironically called as “Paris of the middle east.”

That’s when I realized how insensitive I have become as a human. How insensitive we all have become that it does not matter anymore. Every human’s drop of blood matters. It is never right to compare one tragedy with another. Every attack against humanity is a scar made in our history books. Whether it be Paris or Beirut or Baghdad or NY or anywhere else in the world, no human should live in fear for their survival and existence. Nobody should think twice to just go out with friends or family to have a good time without having risked their lives from these shitty terrorists.

Nobody deserves to not be able to meet their family, friend or love of their life just because some nut heads have an agenda to achieve. Nobody should be able to have a guilt all their life thinking that, “maybe if I had gone to a different restaurant my family would have been alive”, or “maybe if I had listened to my wife she would be alive today” or any such thing.

Terrorists and hate groups just want to spread terror and hate to further propel their over all goals – whatever they may be. They ultimately tend to not care who they hurt. You either fight with them or are against them, even if you are the same nationality or religion etc.

I am just not able to wrap my head around the direction which we are heading towards as humans. I don’t know if I must feel sad or angry or just give up on the future of our existence. How do we make these people understand that whatever their actions are, they are just doing harm to the world and nothing else.

The people I worry about are the poor migrants. The very thing they’re running from has chased them into Europe. If the terrorists succeed in provoking enough of an anti-migrant backlash, it is not hard to imagine the migrants in Europe evolving into a multi generational stateless group of perpetual victims like the Palestinians, except on European soil. Maybe that’s what these terrorists wanted. They do not want anybody to win, just cause chaos and terrorize the world.

Just a few days back I was watching a video on YouTube about the LP Golden record attached on Voyager 1 launched in 1977 with images and music and other stuffs about us humans and humanity, which has just crossed our solar system after a journey of billions of Kilometers and 37 years, to share our message to the universe just in some diminished bleak hope that maybe someday someone will find it and our existence will be studied by an extra terrestrial life. We do not even know that the message will even be discovered by anyone, as the Voyager 1 will get lost among the stars as it travels far away from our Galaxy, but the LP record will exist long after the Earth’s existence will be a history too and perhaps be the only proof of our existence in the Universe.

The people killing always have a justification from their side, but does that really matter to a normal family guy who is just trying to survive everyday and make his life go on?

It is just astonishing that how in the same planet we have two different kinds of people. One who wants to make the Earth a better place and another who wants to destroy it. But I can gladly say that we as humans have always fought through wars and terrors and genocides. We will stand for each other and we will make this place a better place one step at a time.

We all join hands as one and stand against the wrong doings happening around us, and we are very proud of the people who get up after the fall, shrugg off the dirt and move on with hope and strength in their eyes, slapping these cowardly terrorist’s beliefs that they did not win this time and they never will.

I guess that’s why the world is as dark as it is. If good people were the majority, like they always claim, there would be a better world.- “Pray for all Humanity”

India’s Daughter !!! We Disowned Her.

India’s Daughter is already ready to be disowned by India. Has anyone thought what the girl herself might have wanted? Would she keep mum from her story being told to the world? The Indian mentality has got a lot to change. When will people understand that running away from a problem isn’t the solution to it. Facing the truth and understanding the cause for it and trying to rectify the problems will lead to the solution. Most of the girls who are raped just shut their mouths or are asked to shut up by the society, for the fear of shame and dishonor. Today we are repeating the same mistake again out of our social habits. We are asked to just shut up and not talk about the most disturbing problem of our society. But the citizens didn’t shut up the day she was raped nor will they now. The world is changing, the generation is changing. We are tired of running away from the truth or covering up the facts. We are ready to stand up for ourselves and for our women. We have to show the world the sick minds that the rapists have, and try to find out what makes them such inhumane. Why do we have to bury our heads in the sand and ignore the bitter truth? The problem here is not the documentary nor the light it is shedding up on. The problem here is us, we the people. Who knows we are sitting among the future rapists or the already accomplished, uncaught rapists who will be having the last laugh right now, shadowed by their cruel crooked mindset. We are not here to blame each other for what has happened, we are here to change the future for a better and a safer place to live in. No human would want their daughter or sister or mother to go out of home with fear and anxiety. We do not want the society or the culture to rule our life or teach us what has to be done with it. I am ready to own India’s Daughter and stand up for the Truth. Are you???

The Most Dangerous Species on Planet Earth !!!

Today my day started when I woke up at 7-20 am. Usually I wake up at 7 am, but I was a bit late today as I had been following up on the Sydney siege late until midnight. I got up and went had a shower, and got ready for work. As I almost tried to forget the happenings of Sydney and get myself busy again with the usual corporate life I have, I went had breakfast then went to office on time, sharp at 8 am. As my daily routine works I checked my mails, had my tea, checked up on few of my clients and had to wind up soon as I had to leave to another city which is about 100 miles away with official work. I took off with my colleague in my car for the journey to begin at 9 am. Too bad for me, I almost forgot about the Sydney incident and life was just another normal day for me. I ended up in another city safely after about almost 2 hours drive, finished my official works by around 2 pm. That’s when I remembered I was damn too hungry and I had to go feed my hungry stomach something. My colleague was all affirmative about the hunger too and we headed out to find a nice restaurant to kill our hunger. We winded up finding a Pakistani restaurant and thought we would drop by there for a quick lunch before heading back home. As we settled down and gave a quick order to the waiter who was more bothered about watching the television than listening to our order. I felt it was quite rude on his part to ignore his customers. I was even more curious to find out what has kept him more busy than his usual works i.e. to serve his customers. My eyes pondered towards the small television where his eyes were glued to even while taking our orders, it was a local Pakistani news channel showing some breaking news. I was not so interested to know what was in the news as the hunger was taking away all my attention. But as we had to wait for the food once ordering it, I had no other choice but to again get attracted towards the only channel being played on the Television. What made me more curious was, even the cashier and the other customers eating were so much interested in the news. I was like what the hell must have broken lose now? Have the oil prices dipped more lower? Has the recession already started? Has Russia already started a war? But the news had something more, a lot more to prove my guts wrong. It was a tight slap on my assumptions. It was the attack of some terrorists in some school in Pakistan. I thought it was horrible and moved my eyes away pondering for the food to arrive. We humans have become so used to ignore the pain and sufferings that today I feel ashamed to be a part of this so called Humanity. I was served the starter and as I was already busy gobbling them up, I saw the cashier get furious and cursing at the television. When I observed that the cashier is really very mad about the news, I realized it was not just another bombing or shooting by the cowardly terrorists. That’s when I gathered courage and looked at the news real seriously and started following up on the interviews of the poor kids and the locals being so scared and traumatized by the horror going on around them. I realized that almost 30 innocent kids had been killed (only by that point of time), and I almost choked into the salad which was already in my mouth. The first question that crossed my mind was how could they even do it? We have usually heard or seen even the most horrific adults getting to calm down with one smile of an innocent angel. And these creatures were going around gunning down these angels? I couldn’t do that even to a lifeless doll. As I got glued into the news, I saw a kid being interviewed saying, “Three uncles came in (Usually in India and Pakistan, out of due respect the kids refer to adults as Uncle & Aunty) and started firing randomly at us.” This innocent little foolish kid has been referring the terrorists as Uncles. Shivers ran down my nerves when I realized it. Like dude, can you even measure the depth of the innocence these kids have? If this isn’t enough proof to term us HUMANS as the most dangerous species on this planet, then I can’t figure out what else will. Thoughts started pouring into my head about the conditions of those parents. One parent said “It took me 20 years to get here, and these people took it away in 20 minutes.” I could not keep myself in those parent’s shoes even just in my wildest imaginations. As we all know it’s winter, and how much the kids hate to get out of the bed in winter mornings. How many of those kids might have cried not to get out of beds, and go to school. I can imagine parents forcing the kids to go to school as usually my mother used to do it to me, to have a better future for myself. How much guilty they might be feeling right now for pushing their kids to their death even though it’s completely not their fault, but they have to live regretting all their life for the most horrific incident ever happened to them. The terrorists have done it again and keep up to their name, TERRORIZE the world. But have they really won? Are we letting them win? That’s the biggest question tonight. We do generalize a certain sect, or religion, or a country or a race for these cowardly acts. But is that the real reason? Is really their religion the motive behind this? The real problem is not the terrorists here, it is the ones who are manufacturing them. How do you expect a human to just show up one fine morning, and go gun down the most innocent form of humans, the children? Are there really any feelings left alive in those people? We always term that Humanity is the most intelligent beings ever lived on this earth. But the question today is what does Humanity really sum up to. Where are we heading towards? The world has always ran the way some people want it to run and make most of the others blindly follow their personal agendas for their own personal benefits, and crush the rest who do not agree to their ideologies. When will we try to wake up and differentiate between what is good for Humanity and what is not? What makes these extremists get so totally brainwashed that they think it is alright to kill anyone and everyone just to get their way out? How do we fight the people who are not even afraid of death? What examples are we setting to the future generations, or are we even going to have a future generation if we continue to behave so wrongly?

But, yes there is always a but. This is the best thing about us species. We never lose hope, we always fight back. That’s what makes us survivors. That’s what makes us keep the hopes alive that maybe someday we will make things right, we will undo the wrongs we ourselves created. We have no one else to blame than ourselves. We have explored the moon, heading to Mars, hoping for Europa. But we surely have to make the land; which gave us birth, shelter, air to breathe and nature to survive a better place to live first. We are the Unity, We are the Strength, We are the Hope. We are the last hope to save HUMANITY, the most dangerous but even the only possible  species to make things right which we have done wrong throughout centuries. Think about it, we have to change this world from being destroyed and the change starts within us. My hearty condolences to every human life lost fighting to keep up humanity alive and striving for every single effort to make this world a better place to live in.
